Programme Overview
FutureFit Leadership™ is a powerful leadership programme specifically designed to develop high-potential talent (those able to make two hierarchical moves in the next 5 years) and prepare them for executive roles. The programme focuses on the specific leadership competencies needed by future leaders to help them to unleash workforce agency, address the business needs of a challenging VUCA world and build sustainable performance.
Road Map
Modules
The Programme is completed once the one-hour written Exam is completed. Modules are delivered taking the Client population availability into consideration. The full programme can be delivered between 7–14 weeks, with either weekly or bi-weekly face-to-face delivery.
