What is involved?
The course will give allow you to develop your knowledge of transformation as a leader with developed social competence, as well as live coaching and Henka™ practice.
The programme takes place over 16 weeks and will include face-to-face learning, virtual sessions, experiential work and self study.

Certified Professional Henka Master™ - ICF Level 2 (when combined with Certificate and Diploma)
This Master level certified programme is designed to be an advanced level programme for those wishing to hold the prestigious Certified Professional Henka Master™ (CPHM™) qualification as well as giving you the requisite number of training hours required to be a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. This qualification is now called Level 2 with the ICF. We believe in continuous professional development and so in order to maintain your CPHM™ there will be a requirement to follow our governance/quality process every two years. The programme is conducted virtually and provides a number of critical coaching tools and methodologies to enable individuals to become Leader as Coach which in turn will enable them to better support and drive transformation inside organisations. Our coaching experts all have solid corporate backgrounds and are experts in facilitating global virtual groups.
The aim of this certified programme is to evolve your skills to master competence, in a flexible, highly engaging and cost-effective way.
By providing you with an improved understanding of the theories and by hands-on practice with your Henka™ leader, our aim is to enable you to increase your effectiveness as a Leader as Coach and transformation expert, getting better results. In addition, you will improve your emotional intelligence, resilience and social competence, as well as your coaching and facilitation skills. The training hours required to pass this programme, will count towards your eligibility to apply for Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF)*.
Applicants for the Certified Professional Henka Master™ must have at least 10 years of work experience. Applicants found to provide inaccurate or fraudulent information will be subject to denial and/or revocation.
This programme will be delivered in English and has been designed to be on a virtual platform accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
