This programme will be delivered in English and has been designed to be delivered face-to-face or on a virtual platform approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Program Overview
The Henka AATC is an ICF-accredited programme designed to help experienced coaches, consultants, and senior leaders work effectively with teams at the highest level.
The programme provides 60 hours of coach-specific training:

40 hours live synchronous learning delivered virtually or in-person

20 hours asynchronous learning through peer practice, assignments, and reflection
This blended approach balances flexibility with rigour. Participants may miss up to 10 live hours and still meet the ICF requirement of a 50/50 learning split.
The AATC has been built around Henka’s Group Transformation Model™, ensuring that graduates can coach real-world teams with measurable, lasting impact.
