Why Team Coaching Matters

Teams are where culture, strategy, and performance collide.
Get it right, and you have an unstoppable engine for growth.
Get it wrong, and even the best business plans stall.

The Henka Institute's AATC program equips experienced coaches and senior leaders to transform team dynamics rather than simply facilitate better meetings. Participants learn how to deliver results that endure across complex corporate systems.

This programme will be delivered in English and has been designed to be delivered face-to-face or on a virtual platform approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
