The Henka Institute™ GDPR Policy
This policy applies to all Henka course participants:
I. Video recording

Parts of the HENKA INSTITUTE™ coaching program sessions may be video recorded as the programs will be audited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Therefore, we would ask you to accept to be filmed during the HENKA INSTITUTE™ coaching program sessions. All data recorded will exclusively be kept by the HENKA INSTITUTE™ and the International Coach Federation.
II. Social Media

The HENKA INSTITUTE™ may wish to publish photos from the HENKA INSTITUTE™ coaching program sessions on their Social Media accounts. These social media accounts include LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. We would ask you to accept that you may have your photo taken at a HENKA INSTITUTE™ coaching program session.
III. Our Principles regarding user privacy and the general data protection regulation (GDPR)

You will not suffer any detriment for withdrawing your consent, and this will not render any data processing or sharing that we undertook before you withdraw your consent unlawful.

The HENKA INSTITUTE™ would like you to be a part of the Alumni Network and the Henka Institute Online Platform™. This will allow you to have access to a collaborative platform and access your coaching resources.
