Through Leader as Coach™, we empower leaders to enhance productivity, engagement, talent retention, and overall organisational success. Our Leader as Coach™ methodology integrates various strategies to sharpen leadership focus and structure, bolstering essential skills for driving transformation and growth. Utilising our HenkaQ FutureFit Leadership Assessment tool, participants gain valuable insights into their individual leadership styles and areas for development. Comprising seven modules of 180 minutes each, this programme incorporates The Henka Model™ to pinpoint priorities for incremental transformation.
