I am very happy to recommend the Henka Institute for leadership training. As part of building out our Luxembourg business, we engaged the team at Henka to provide a program of training which ran over the course of 12 months. Our objectives were to build a close knit and high performing team, a culture that supports our key underlying values of accountability, growth and collaboration, and in our very busy world of designing and transforming a fast growing business, provide a space where the team could be very open, sharing their concerns and blockers, and together find support and solutions.

The Henka Certificate course was a great introduction to the world of coaching. It was practice-oriented without too much theory. This course and experience is life-changing and really does expose the power of Leadership Coaching. The learnings are applicable to participants as either a Coach, a coachee, or in everyday interactions not necessarily framed as “coaching”.
