This 3-hour workshop is highly interactive and aims to instil a common understanding of Agency and encourage this throughout the workforce.

 

Moreover, it addresses the impact that Agency has on delivering superior service to clients and building sustainable performance.

• Understand what stellar client service means and its impact on the company's commercial performance

• Understand their own role in the overall process of delivering stellar client service

• Understand the consequences if someone doesn't fulfil their role in the process

• Be able to assume accountability and live Agency
