Programme Overview

The Henka Diploma™ provides you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a certified coach in accordance with ICF standards. It explores the key principles of coaching and transformation, to enable you to develop and practice the skills which are critical for modern organisations. The Henka Diploma™ is designed to meet the core competencies of the top coaching body, the International Coach Federation (ICF).

This programme will be delivered in English and has been designed to be delivered face-to-face or on a virtual platform approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

  • By working closely with the highly experienced Henka Institute Faculty™, who will share their coaching expertise and extensive knowledge of organisational transformation and leadership, you will be enabled with the skills, techniques, and tools necessary to develop your own brand of coaching and to start putting this to good use.

 What is involved?

  • This highly experiential certified programme consists of face-to-face interventions, practical knowledge related to enabling successful transformation, coursework and supervised coaching. Participants will also receive constructive feedback to develop their coaching competencies and capabilities.

  • The programme consists of 5 days of 8 hours each plus 4 hours of homework for a total of 44 hours of coach training. Included is supervised coaching with assessments to embed the learning.

  • Participants are expected to attend the entire course, engage in all tutorials and complete the required additional learning requirements.

 Who is this course for?

  • This course is appropriate for people who already have an understanding of coaching, are heavily involved in organisational transformation or are in a leadership role seeking to boost their leadership impact.

  • Participants typically include experienced managers, trainers, consultants, or people already involved in a coaching or business transformation role and who want to develop their skills and knowledge, to ultimately become a qualified coach and transformation expert.

  • The combined Henka Diploma™ and Henka Certificate™ provide you with the 60 hours required to apply for International Coach Federation (ICF) accreditation at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level and adding mentor coaching and examination allow you to obtain an ICF Level 1 Certificate.

Applicants for the Henka Diploma™ must have at least 5 years of work experience. Applicants found to provide inaccurate or fraudulent information will be subject to denial and revocation.
