WELLBUSINESS™ achieves this by providing guidance and support in the implementation of specific organisational initiatives and learning interventions using a toolbox of expertise and resources, flexible to your needs.
Businesses emerging from the Covid pandemic will have observed a dramatic increase in individuals who may be suffering in some way shape or form. For a business to have sustainable performance it is critical to be able to support those in the organization having to face different demands in order to re-align themselves to the new normal.
The Certified WELLBUSINESS Coach™ Programme is in the process of being accredited by the International Coach Federation as CCE’s and provides 40 accredited coach training hours (CCE's).
(7 modules of
180 min. each)
Each module of 180 minutes adheres to the following structure: Recap, and reflections of the previous session; discussion around "Homework"; introduction of new material and context; introduction of "Homework assignment".
(1 after each module)
6 of the 7 modules have on average an hour of homework/self-study.
(2 X 120 min.)
Facilitated Pods scheduled between modules focussing on applying the WELLBUSINESS™ Coaching Principles.
(4 X 120 min.)
Self-Directed Pods providing the opportunity for Peer Review.
The Programme is completed once the one hour written Exam is completed. Modules are delivered taking the Client population availability in consideration. The full programme can be delivered between 7-14 weeks, with either weekly or bi-weekly face to face delivery.
Module 1: Creating a Safe Space and Trust
Develop the skill of creating a space for psychological safety with both individuals and teams. As a Certified WELLBUSINESS Coach™ the element of trust through creating psychological safety forms the foundation of supportive relationships.
Module 2: The Power of Deep Listening
Develop an art of Listening to Listen with Intent - focussed on the power of Intuition, Asking Powerful Questions, Dealing with Emotions and the boundaries of Coaching.
Module 3: Self-Awareness and Vulnerability
Self Awareness is a key element of empathy and engaging in a coaching relationship based on openness and trust.
Module 4: Building Resilience
Understanding the impact of stress and identifying symptoms of burnout. Building resilience to face the demands of an ever-changing environment both work and life.
Module 5: Smarter Working
Recognise and develop a skill to understand the impact of technology and alternative working arrangements. How to build trust and accountability in a smarter working environment. Time management as an essential component of wellbeing.
Module 6: Powerful Conversations
Develop an understanding of the power of language in coaching. Develop an understanding of the power of acknowledgement and explore the essential elements to build trust and to develop awareness. This module will also focus on having difficult conversations.
Module 7: Ethics
Clarify an understanding of ethical guidelines and professional standards. Boundaries of Coaching and a that of a Certified WELLBUSINESS Coach™.
A critical component of the programme is to facilitate internalisation. Leading with authenticity can only be accomplished through self awareness and reflection.
The combination between face to face learning and self-study is throughout supported by facilitating communication channels. Slack is used to facilitate cross-cohort conversation and email is used to exchange learner input.
