Programme Overview

At the Henka Institute, we know that the critical first step of any strategy is to get the leadership team aligned to drive transformation and growth. Energising Leaders can maximise productivity and engagement, attract and retain top talent and, of course, have a positive impact on the company’s bottom line and the company’s brand.

Our FutureProof Leadership methodology combines different approaches and techniques to get leaders focused and structured in their approach.


The focus of the programme in all cases is to strengthen the key skills and behaviours necessary to drive transformation and growth. As part of the programme, we use our HenkaQ Future-fit leadership assessment to help build self-awareness of individual leadership styles and identify where a leader may need to focus in order to leverage their leadership skills.


The programme is composed of 5 modules of 180 minutes and includes a unique model and methodology called Henka™ which will be used at key points to identify the priorities for incremental transformation.
