The Henka Model
The Japanese word for change & transformation is Henka (化変). The Henka Institute offers leadership coaching programmes specifically designed to support the sustainable growth of leaders and companies in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous business environment where there is a fundamental shift from command-control hierarchies, to companies promoting a bright future with a new cultivate & collaborate philosophy.

Our Programmes
Our programmes are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and our qualified experts ensure that participants can rest assured that the highest levels of rigour, structure and ethics will be applied.
The programmes are designed for managers and leaders who are supporting transformation projects or initiatives. It is also aimed at individuals who want to step up their leadership impact by adopting a coaching leadership style, a critical competency as businesses shift from a command-control to a cultivate-collaborate environment.
The Henka Certificate & Diploma™
Experience a comprehensive 60-hour programme merging a 16-hour Certificate session with a 44-hour Diploma. Ideal for both newcomers and seasoned professionals, this course covers organisational coaching, executive coaching, and organisational transformation. Completing the Certificate, Mentor Coaching, and Exam earns you a Level 1 Certification.
